Apply Now! Reynolds & Reynolds DMS Administrator – User Security (Remote | M-F 8AM–5PM)

We’re looking for a Reynolds and Reynolds DMS expert to join our team as a full-time User Security Administrator. If you’ve worked as a MASTER user in Profile Admin and managed access across dealership job roles, this role is for you.

This role requires direct experience with Reynolds and Reynolds user security administration.
Fully remote. Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM. No travel required.

What You'll Do:

• Own user security and access in Reynolds & Reynolds (Profile Admin)

• Manage onboarding/offboarding and job-based access changes via a structured ticketing system

• Maintain clean, compliant profile assignments at the Job Profile level

• Run User Exception and Inactive User Deletion reports

• Collaborate with stakeholders and train internal users on best practices

What You’ll Bring:

• Required: Experience as a Reynolds & Reynolds Profile Admin Security Administrator (5+ years)

• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with user access controls 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Bonus: Dealership accounting, office manager, or controller experience
